You Can Be Self Motivated

You have probably heard that sharing a burden lightens the burden in half. What 548is equally as true is that telling other people your hopes and dreams waters down the power you gained in focusing on your goals. The response you will usually get from others is a lack of belief in your vision even when the other person is only looking out for your best interests. It's a rare event when someone else can see the vision you have for your life. Others are more likely to start picking your dreams apart and pointing out all the things that are wrong with them.

You are feeling motivated, feeling great about your life and the direction things are going. Along comes your sister or your best friend who take aim and just shoot you down. You get told to do a reality check. That certainly lets the air of you and there go all of those good feelings you were having about your future. Well, here is a reality check. You are the only one who can keep your motivation going.

Keep the urge to share your dreams to yourself until you have control over your emotions. Once you have focus on your dreams, negative comments will not dilute the power of your dreams. Until you can do this, mediate on your goals privately. The main reason to share with someone else is because you are having doubts about how capable you are of following your goals. You are seeking positive feedback. Unfortunately, the reinforcement you5A1 want is rarely offered.

There's nothing wrong with sharing your dreams and seeking positive feedback, except that you're looking for it in the wrong places and will probably wind up getting just the opposite. Not always, but why take that chance until you feel stronger about your dreams and goals? This need for feedback relates directly to your degree of belief in yourself. When you genuinely trust in yourself and are fully motivated to succeed, you will find that you do not need reinforcement because you have already supplied that for yourself!

Rather than looking for outside reinforcement or validation, concentrate on ways that YOU can step up your motivation. Keep building yourself up with your own version of pep talk and keep your ultimate destination in the forefront of your mind. Take steps you know will get you where you want to go. If you must seek advice and encouragement along they way, look for it only from those who have achieved what you're attempting to accomplish. There are almost always others who have paved the way for you. You will build up your inner strength eventually to the point where it will not count what others say and do. That will be the day when no one will be able to deflate your motivation again. Remember to be self-motivated and take those action steps needed to reach your goals.

5 Great Tips To Make Your Goals Your Reality

Goals are a great tool for motivation. But if you don't use them correctly, they can also be a source of frustration. Goals are only empowering if they are used properly. So how do you make a goal into something that is a benefit for you?

Goal-setting strategies are important especially for to help you create the type of success you desire and deserve. Here are five goal-setting techniques to help you realize them.

  1. Balance Your Goals: In your life you will have personal development goals, personal finance goals and things goals. Don't neglect any of them. It is ok to want things, but don't forget to balance those pursuits with your own growth as a person. All of these goals are important so be clear about all of them and make them real for you.
  2. Plan Actions From Your Goals: Goals are not items for your to do list. Your goal is what you are striving for. Plan specific actions that lead you towards those goals. Use the goals to provide your compass for those actions. When you plan actions for the day you can easily tell if they're going to be effective if you have clear goals to compare them against.
  3. Share Your Goals: If you were an archer, would you keep it a secret that your goal is to hit the bull's-eye? Too many keep their goals a secret. Share your goals with people who will support and encourage your aims.
  4. Write Down Your Goals: Make your goals real by recording them. Put copies of your goals on index cards and keep copies in the car and in the bathroom and review them regularly. Make them the center of your focus. Don't just set them and then ignore them. Your goals are like a compass to tell you which way to go. The exciting part is that you get to chose the alignment of your compass.
  5. Don't Give Up: Your goals and the actions you take to get them are different things. Don't be afraid to try something, f57Dail and try something else. Take effective and massive action to meet your goals and understand that any true goals will take many steps to achieve. Sometimes you will make a misstep, but that doesn't mean there's anything wrong with the goal. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's only those who abandon their goals who don't achieve them.

What is Sixth Sense

Sixth sense or extrasensory perception (ESP) is an ability to perceive the subtle dimension or the unseen world of angels, ghosts, heaven, etc. Sixth sense (ESP) includes the ability to understand the subtle cause and effect relationship behind many events beyond the understanding of the intellect.

The subtle world is made up of five cosmic elements (earth, water, fire, air and ether) which cannot be seen. Though we cannot perceive this world which impacts our lives to a great extent, we can tune into it using our spiritual antenna i.e. our sixth sense (ESP). Sixth sense (ESP) can be developed by doing spiritual practice, according to the five basic principles of Spirituality which increases our spiritual level and enables us to perceive and experience the subtle world to greater degrees.

Subtle information can be perceived by 11B4either:

1) Letting a subtle entity use ones hand to write the message (automatic writing)

2) By a vision where one can see the words or passages in front of ones eyes, or

3) Through thoughts. Receiving the answer in thoughts is most subtle among the three ways.

Subtle knowledge is received from either of the following sources:

1) Automatically due to the ability to tap into the Universal Mind and Intellect, or

2) As answers to questions asked by one to subtle entities using ones sixth sense (ESP) through the medium of ones subtle mind and intellect.

Which person will receive knowledge through the subtle intellect will depend on a number of reasons. The spiritual level of a person is one of the key factors in deciding which person receives knowledge from the subtle. Other factors include: motivation and intense yearning of the person, necessity for Gods mission, resolve and blessings of a spiritual guide beyond the 70% spiritual level, and destiny of the person.

Sometimes people have premonitions of things to happen or a gut feel of events that have happened in the past. This is possible in two ways.

One way is through subtle bodies like ghosts from the nether region or hell. If the ghost or subtle body does not have this ability, it gets the information from higher-level ghosts like higher sorcerers with this ability.

The second is by accessing the Universal Mind and Intellect. There are seven layers to the Universal Mind and Intellect. Depending on ones grade of sixth sense (ESP), a person may be able to tap into a lower or higher layer of the Universal Mind and Intellect.

A person at the spiritual level of 40% generally receives knowledge from a subtle body of a corresponding spiritual level i.e. 40%, however the accuracy and the grade of the knowledge received through their sixth sense (ESP) is also 40%.

Up to the spiritual level of 70%, the receipt of knowledge through sixth sense (ESP) is more likely to be from ghosts, and hence it is accompanied by a proportion of black energy which creates various problems in ones life. Those unaware of the mechanisms of the receipt of knowledge through their sixth sense (ESP) may be ignorant of this aspect and hence blindly believe in all the knowledge received. The subtle bodies usually give some correct knowledge at the outset to garner belief. Once this is established, they give varied degrees of incorrect or misleading information.

Sixth sense (ESP) is to be used only for spiritual growth towards God-Realisation which is the ultimate in spiritual growth. From a purely spiritual perspective, it is considered misuse when sixth sense (ESP) is used for anything else, such as worldly matters. When sixth sense (ESP) is misused by a person who is psychic, over time two things happen. On is that the ability is lost over a 30 year period. The second is that the person becomes target of higher level ghosts which initially give some genuine information, enough to gain the confidence of the person. However they later mislead them and the people they are guiding. In such cases, their psychic ability lasts for longer periods and may appear to have improved steadily. But this psychic ability is not by virtue of the person but because of the higher level ghosts guiding the psychic. In such cases, the rare gift of sixth sense available to the person that could have been utilised for God-realisation is wasted on lesser matters.

Thoughts To Ponder #61

When Betty Eadie was 31, she died in a hospital after undergoing surgery. What happened next has been called by some, "the most profound near-death experience ever." Betty journeyed to a beautiful world beyond this life. She met Jesus there. Jesus gave her a message to give to others when she returned. These quotes from her books, Embraced By The Light, The Awakening Heart, and The Ripple Effect give a glimpse of her profound experience. Part XVIV

There are far fewer accidents here than we imagine, especially in things that affect us eternally. The hand of God and the path we chose before we came here guide many of our decisions and even many of the seemingly random experiences we have.

There is magic in gratitude. It frees us from worry and competition in life. It opens our hearts and hands to genuine love, ironically allowing our hearts and hands to be filled again... Gratitude helps ward off negativity. Being grateful for the good things in life invites their continued influence.

All experience is for our good, and sometimes it takes what we would consider negative experience to help develop our spirits. We were very willing, even anxious, as spirits to accept all of our ailments, illnesses, and accidents here to help better ourselves spiritually. I understood that in the spirit world our earth time is meaningless. The pain we experience on earth is for just a moment, just a split second of consciousness in the spirit world, and we are very willing to endure it.

How To Apply The Law Of Attraction

Everything Starts With a Thought

We create in a variety of ways but the basic process of creation is a three-step formula. We create by thought, word, and deed.

The Creation Equation: Thought

Thought. Everything starts with a thought. Let's examine this powerful phenomenon that is pervasive in our lives and sets the table for the smorgasbord of things we can pick from to create the life of our intentions.

Everything starts with a thought:

We have thoughts running through our heads all the time. Most of the time we do not think about them too much because we are used to them, and they are like background noise in the day-to-day world that we live in.

We are bombarded with noise constantly as we move throughout our day. Our heads are filled with the sounds of music from the radio, or the incessant dialogue on the television. We receive constant messages about everything from how many people were killed senselessly in the world today, to which team is better at football, to canned laughter about some tired sitcom joke, to which potato chip to eat with the next newest diet, low-cal, low-fat, low-sodium, decaffeinated, high-calcium, sugB15arless soda pop we are supposed to drink.

We talk to a variety of people throughout the day and receive a huge volume of incoming messages that we process and filter to glean out the information that we need. As we take the information from outside stimuli, we also process information internally to use in our decision-making process, and then develop and systematize our thoughts into speech patterns to verbalize them. We listen, we process, and we talk, all through this concept of thought.

We understand that we have thoughts all the time. This concept becomes apparent when we sit calmly and try to quiet our thoughts, as we do when we meditate. Sometimes it takes a long time for your thoughts to quiet down and not pop into your head in random-fire order. You actually have to train your mind to quiet your thoughts in order to reach a truly quiet and tranquil place where you do not have this constant barrage of thought.

Thoughts come to us because that is the nature of the universe and the creative process and thank God for that. We need our thoughts to tell us about our environment so that we can be aware of the things that influence our lives and allow us to decide which thoughts we wish to pursue.

Every thought we have is creative but we don't create every thought we have into our reality. However every thing that shows up in our reality started out as a thought. Not just your personal reality but also the collective reality of the universe. You had a hand in how life on planet earth is being played out with the very thoughts you are thinking.

Yes, that is how powerful you really are. Your thoughts not only are the catalyst for every experience in your life but when you feel strongly about social issues those thoughts form with other similar thoughts and society as a whole is created with your input.

You are the center of the universe and everything in your universe started with a thought. Your thought.

Appreciating Health and Fitness

Practically everyone wants to be fit and feel good. Getting there however is sometimes incredibly difficult for some. It is important to understand just how important a healthy body is to your overall state of mind as well as your physical health.

One of the major problems affecting the United States as well as the rest of the world is a burgeoning rate of obesity. The statistics show that obesity is on an incredible rise and may soon become the norm for the majority of people. This carries with it some serious health risks. Type II Diabetes has becoming increasingly common and other weight related health problems are skyrocketing as well.

It is easy to sit back and say that it won't happen to you or that you'll do something about it tomorrow. But the fact remains that obesity and ill health are a problem and it is vital to take the steps to correct it. Even if you are not suffering from any weight problems, you may not be as healthy as you think. Poor diets and lack of exercise lead to increased cholesterol levels, high blood pressure and a myriad of other silent issues that can sneak up on you.

What can you do to begin a healthy life5B4style today instead of tomorrow? Start by taking one day to catalog each and every single thing you eat or drink during that day. Also make a note of any exercise that you get during this time. At the end of the day, add up how many calories and fat you consumed. Chances are, the numbers will shock you.

The average woman needs between 1200 to 1800 calories per day. The average American woman typically consumes more than 2000 on any given day. Males need an average of 1800 to 2500, but once again, actual consumption rates are much higher. To put this into perspective, it takes 3500 additional calories to gain one pound. If you are eating more than 500 calories than you need each day, this translates into the gain of one pound a week.

Once you know how many calories you are consuming you can begin to craft a lifestyle plan that will help you get within your goals. Try cutting out sodas or drinks that contain empty calories. This is a great way to drop an extra five to ten pounds. Look at your exercise level and see how you can increase your activity slowly. Try walking instead of taking the elevator, or walking during your lunch hour.

Small changes are much easier to make and it makes it so much easier to start living a healthy life. Your body will have time to adjust and won't begin hoarding calories if you take this approach. Start small and generally increase your level of activity as the weeks go by. You'll be making4F1 steady progress towards achieving a healthy body in no time at all and the best part is, you'll feel great doing it.

Educated Decision Making in Exercising

Whatever workout technique you choose, take precaution doing them the wrong way can pose injuries. Always stretch before exercising, and if you feel awkward while exercising, you're probably in the wrong position. If you're just beginning, start off slow, it takes a little while to perfect your technique. You should feel your muscles stretching; you should not feel pain while working out. While working out you should begin to feel a burning sensation; this shows that it's working! Don't forget the number 1 rule of any exercise program: Drink Plenty of Water!!!

Aerobics- is nothing more than anything to get your heart pumping. You can get a good aerobic workout from swimming, dancing, running, any number of things to really get the lungs working and blood pumping. 5B4There are also good aerobic video's and techniques such as step aerobics, dance aerobics etc. A good aerobic workout should be done 2-3 times a week, with the addition to muscle building techniques (if you are looking to get in shape). No matter the reason to start an exercise program, aerobics is the one technique everyone should do; it will dramatically increase your energy, and overall health!

Yoga- it's important in yoga to have the right choice in clothing. Yoga is stretching meditating, and relaxation techniques. You should be completely comfortable in loose clothing that will stretch with you. Yoga unites the mind and body; you are more aware of your movements, it teaches you meditation, and how to emphasize on your breathing, and muscle groups. Knowing forms of yoga will help you in every aspect of life. You will learn how to brush the outside world away and focus on you!

Pilates- is a great technique to use with strength training. While strength training builds shape and build mass, weight exercises make muscles tight and shortened. Pilates are designed to stretch and lengthen those muscles giving you a balance in your workouts.

Weight training- is the key to building muscle mass; weather your male or female looking to build muscle, tone your body, extreme workouts, or just basic exercise. Weight training is the key to getting results. The key is to find the right workout for you. Try not to focus 554on just one part of the body though, try to keep a balance throughout the entire body by working as many muscle groups as you can.

Diet- No matter the workouts you choose, you have got to find a diet that goes along with it. Diet does not mean cut out all the foods you love, it simply means to watch what you eat, and there are so many diets out there it's hard to choose the right one. You have to research what kind of workout you want to begin with, and what diet would maximize your results. This can include calorie diets, protein diets; maybe you have special needs such as diabetic, or fiber diets. You have to do the research and learn the right diet for you!
